Alpine Polyester Filters
We stock a range of Alpine deep bed laminated polyester filters, characterised by their 1.0 meter bed depth and accessible with a sidelong under channel framework or nozzle plate option. They are ideal for hydro-treatment pools, small commercial pools and health spas.
Further standard features of our range of Alpine deep bed laminated polyester filter also include a jolt-down lid, 200 mm sand service hatch (with 400mm available on Ø1050 and Ø1200 models) manual air and water cleanse options, top mounted weight gauge, internal pipework to provide stability amid operation, a reinforced base for added strength and a multi-port valve.
The filters work by both direct interference and the retention of particles, which means that the filters trap particles of bigger size at first and tiny particles under the surface down inside the filter. The Alpine deep bed laminated polyester filters have an assortment of channels that utilise a permeable filtration medium to hold particles throughout the medium, as opposed to simply on the surface.
These channels are generally utilised when the liquid to be filtered contains a high density of particles, since they can hold an expansive mass of particles before getting blocked. As well as having the 1.0 meter bed depth, these filters also have a 2.5 bar max when working, 3.5 bar max when being tested, and can operate at temperatures up to 50 degrees Celsius.
There are many reasons to choose an Alpine filter, not least because they have established themselves as one of the most respected brands on the market. Their products allow the filtration of particles of different sizes within their matrix, and they also have the advantage of being energy-efficient and running at a low cost even while utilising a deep bed filter, which provides excellent quality filtration and ensures ideal pool water even with continued use.
