Q. Do you deliver internationally?
A. Unfortunately www.rigospaessentials.co.uk do not currently offer International delivery on any orders.

Q. I haven’t received my product yet, what can I do?
A. www.rigospaessentials.co.uk sent you a delivery tracking code when your item was dispatched, if this doesn’t work or you don’t have access to the internet please give us a call on 0151 703 0830.

Q. I have a voucher code, how can I use it?
A. If you have been sent a voucher code through the www.rigospaessentials.co.uk newsletter service, please make sure that you are trying to redeem within the valid time frame and then you will be asked for this at the Checkout stage of your purchase.

Q. nI want to return an item, what can I do?
A. Customers wishing to return an item must contact www.rigospaessentials.co.uk either by telephone or email clearly stating the reason you would like to return the product. One of our team will respond to this request at our earliest possible convenience. Please note that while www.rigospaessentials.co.uk are happy to refund the cost of your item you may incur additional delivery charges when you return your product. This does not affect your statuary consumer rights. If your item is faulty we will endeavour to refund all costs incurred.
